No need to remove the paper labels, but the glass should be rinsed out well. As I understand it, they have to melt the glass down and in that process it will burn off the paper labels and as long as there's not too much, it doesn't mess with the quality of the glass. Also there's no need to separate the glass, as I'm sure you'll see when you go to drop it off there.
If you have a lot of glass, it might be helpful to take someone with you to hold open the flap while you throw in the glass. The opening isn't big enough to fit even a smaller box to just dump the glass in. So it has to be thrown in a few jars at a time.
