Why do I get less mpg with a new gas filter ? Car is now a bigger gas hog than b4. Eric tire kingdom told me u won't get better gas mileage by changing gas filter !

Gas filter does not effect or affect mpg. Type of gas, tire pressure, road conditions , driving habits, and temperature are all part of equation.
