There aren't tables outside for dining, just benches, so you probably can't bring the puppy.
I've only seen the puppy dogs outside.
They don't have much of a patio area for dogs. You can keep your dog tied up out front as long as they are nice, but I'd rather find a place with an outdoor patio myself.
