Yes. A degenerative arthritis or tendinitis starts with a soft tissue injury that with recurrent stress leads to joint instability, chronic inflammation, progressive breakdown of structural tissue, then a continued cycle of instability-inflammation-tissue stress-tissue breakdown. The treatments we use work in a few different ways- improving stability and reducing inflammation.
