Jimmys egg was great!! When I got there the waitress sat me up front. I was in full view of Jimmy laying eggs. As they popped out 1 by 1 they shot across the kitchen and landed right on the griddle. I've never witnessed anything like this before in the states, however I have seen something similar in Tijuana once with a woman named Rosita.
