If you just want CBD, smoke shops, and many gas stations have it behind the counter. But it is 100% CBD. If you are looking for any percentage of THC, you need a license from the state, and a prescription from a Licensed DR. Although this may seem a little bit over board, remember that FL is a Medicinal Marijuana ONLY state, and has only started that since an Amendment passed in 2016. My opinion however is much less strict. I'm epileptic, triggered by stress, and panic attacks. Since I was prescribed Marijuana, my seizures as well as the panic attacks have decreased exponentially. I don't believe that it should be sold over the counter for hallucinogenic purposes, but that's why the State of Florida requires a prescription by a licensed physician.
