Injury cases are handled on a contingency fee calculated from gross recovery before expenses. Client is responsible for expenses regardless of outcome. If we do not collect you do not pay an attorney fee. Criminal and Traffic/DUI cases are quoted on a per case basis. These types of cases are generally flat fees.
