Everything is available for you to choose, just like a buffet table. They have frozen meats and seafood, eggs, fresh veggies and canned veggies. The noodles are just regular cooked pasta with no seasoning from what I can tell. For that part, no MSG. The sauce bar is where you season your food; they have maybe 10 jugs of different sauces. Some are just your standard soy sauce, garlic oil, sesame oil, chili sauce; the rest are either store bought or house made (like teriyaki and bourbon sauce). Those sauces may have MSG. They also have a dry seasoning rack, and there's no way to tell if those have MSG either. The good thing is you control what goes on your food and you can always ask a staff member if any of their seasonings or sauces have MSG. Hope that helps!
