Open from dawn to dusk and yes, just like a park.

The fairgrounds is closed down signs are up. You can walk run ride bikes and fish but that is it. It's has been patrolled by the state police and city .

Picnic tables and it's usually til 8 830 9 some people that work there let you stay til later
