Some of it is in buildings and some is like an open air pavillion but the rest is out in the open with tents. This place is huge. Better wear your walking shoes. There are a variety of food options too.

They use everything, there's big indoor spaces as well as outdoor bits that are just under a roof and then some people even set up on lawns or other totally open areas. If you need to stay in the shade a while it's totally possible. It's big enough that you may end up spending a lot longer there than you guess so plan accordingly.
This place is huge, one of the biggest markets in the country. Most of the vendors are indoors but there are many outdoor vendors as well. Especially in October, it's the biggest month of the year there.
