I would try a meat place place that does deer processing, there are several but the one that comes to my mind is Bloomington Meats. It's obviously not near Arthur but I feel like there's a place in Arthur. Maybe Dutch Valley?
Sorry we do not have deer summer sausage. Not sure where to buy it.
