They sell home canned peaches, and other items. Not sure I saw tomatoes. That would be awesome!
They sell hand-bagged candy, so I think if the health department were an issue for them they wouldn't sell hand-bagged items like that. In any case, this is a public forum and isn't directly moderated by the owners of Beachy's. You really need to just call and ask them.
