They allow a vast majority of common calibers, including rifle and .44 mag. If you bring in a 20mm cannon or something i would think you are out of luck. Don't expect to shoot steel core or AP ammo as that will destroy the bullet traps much faster. Any sort of practice or target ammo should be fine.
I have shot .45, .357, and .223 in their range.
I am not aware of any caliber restriction, but you need to call Top Gun directly to be sure.
