You can take your boat there it's trolling motor only the no wake zone I've never heard of that or seen it and I have fished there since it opened.However there is simply an area that you can not fish in which is surrounded by Booies which is the rookerey for the birds enjoy some nice fish in there

This lake has a large area of "no wake zone" and isn't very large of a lake, so the boat and gas motor may be a bit too much.
