How do I get a membership?
Go to the customer service desk and they can take care if you, there. You will need your photo id. If you have a business, you'll need that documentation.
Do they have a day pass to just look around?
I purchased mine online. I went to the local store (member services) showed my ID and got my membership card.
Go to Sam's. Go through the left side door, faceing the building. Turn to the right & you will see customer service. That is where you can buy a membership card.
