Joshua Pniewski it wasn't a complaint it was a question do you know the difference. They put seasoned salt on the french fries and that's why everybody goes there to eat the french fries why not put it on the mashed potatoes. Every time I put it on my mashed potatoes at the counter everyone says wow I never thought of that. It actually improves the taste of the instant potatoes otherwise they wouldn't have any flavor at all. And yes you can call it seasoned salt or seasoning salt either one it's still the same thing. You've got a big chip on your shoulder don't let it get the best of you.

They also have a seasoning container where you pick up your food I ALWAYS put extra on

Because not everyone in the millions of customers who go to bogangles wants seasoning salt in their mashed potatoes (also i think it's called seasoned salt not seasoning). Over your 1 complaint if they added it to t he potatoes they would have millions in lost sales from other people not wanting it
