There's a lot of steps, at Myrtle Beach, even inside the restaurant once you get in. Maybe that has something to do with it.....i can't say for sure
I have no idea, I'm going to guess because it's pretty crowded in there, but I don't really know for sure! My kids were older when we discovered Dick's so I have never given it much thought and I had no idea you weren't allowed to take them inside! Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!
