I have been to a lot of Goodwill stores too, and I have never seen a mattress, either. Bed linens, but not a mattress.

I just looked it up and Goodwill, Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity accept used mattresses in good condition. I suggest calling your local store to ask.

I'm ninety-nine percent sure that Goodwill does not take used mattresses. I've probably been to 10 different Goodwills and I have never seen a mattress for sale.
