Depends on your question, which department, and how busy the store is. Best bet, talk to Admin in office.
Sometimes it can seem like a long time...but be patient.
all the stores are horrible with picking up the phone
On customer service, if you hit for a different department someone after 4 mins answer, they asked what's your question? But they can't answer the question you have, and then they say, let me transfer you to customers service and your on hold for 5-10mins, it's like waiting on line at Costco just for nothing
It would also depend on the department you are trying to call.
They do take a long time to pick up
