Do they pick up and buy large amount of used tire and scrap tires

Probably not. The City Of Chicago has got the honor of picking up tires and charging the businesses per a tire. Dont think they buy tires off of us Joe's. As a matter of fact I dont think any business buys used tires from a private seller. Better off building a tire swing
