They have very rude employees that are taking orders in the drive thur not once did hear welcome to McDonald's may i take your order it was "I cant hear you at all

Maybe they just have particular customers that dont understand how things work, like when they put complaints within Google Maps' Q&A section.

All McDonald's employees are trained to be friendly and helpful to the customers including a friendly greeting but I must say you did right by posting it brings attention to the issue

Go complain at McDonald's or try a different one
