It's best just to call him. Getting prices from customers will be difficult, because of how his pricing policy works. Basically, he's never done a price increase for existing tenants. So his current pricing isn't necessarily going to match what somebody's currently paying. He rewards loyalty.
I believe it is 125 plus tax.
