BJ Cinnamon was more than just a donut shop to me. I have gone religiously EVERY WEEK since 2012. In the past 3 weeks there has been both quality & customer service issues that NEVER happened before.

I agree! We went there last week and the donuts tasted old. We also noticed not the same people that normally serve the front counter. Maybe the whole family is on vacation.
