Today they leave me on hold twice claiming to be assisting other customers while I'm trying to make an order over the phone. Who puts someone on hold in the middle of an order to help other people!!!

We waited over thirty minutes for a cold meal. With half the tables being seated, poor management. Lost my patronage. Not going back. Go to lumberjack like night and day, difference.
