High Five Ramen - All questions

Address: 112 N Green St, Chicago, IL 60607, USA

There are only stools and the music is really loud. Also, the menu isn't designed to be kid friendly.

I don't believe this is a place for kids. It's in a dimly lit, scary looking basement. There's alcohol and spicy ramen. Nothing really stood out to me as kid-friendly.

I have never seen kids there, something tells me it's a 21+ restaurant, but I could be wrong. Regardless, it is definitely not kid-friendly or intended to seat kids.

Don't bring your child

Monique Bell | Jun 15, 2018

There are only high top stools, so depends on how old your child is and if she/he can sit on a stool.

I would say if it's just you and your kid, why not. But the wait is long, small space, and no bathroom. 12 yr old, why not.

It isn't really a place for kids. It's dark, dimly lit, there's no bathroom and they have no kids menu so the portions are huge compared to what a kid would eat. It would be like taking your kid to a seedy bar (although the only thing you have to worry about is hipsters here.) The place is REALLY small too so chances are you'd be eating with a stranger.

They do not have a child friendly menu to my knowledge. I would call ahead. Unless your child likes ramen!
