Why don't they have cashiers to check you out? Friday we wanted in a line and like the customers in front of us, we gave up and just left! Seems like customers should be important?

I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. We have worked hard to understand the customer needs in checking out customers and made some changes to the scheduling process of employees. Thank you for the feedback.

They do have people. Not sure why no one was there

They do have cashiers, maybe they're short staffed? I've never had a problem when I've went. Hopefully next time is better!
