Depends on the show. The tickets usually say what time doors open.
You can get there pretty much any time. There's a small bar at A&R, but there are a lot of bars to check out nearby if you want to kill time. Betty's is less than a quarter mile away.
I can't remember but I think 1 hour. Check your ticket though.
If the band is playing in A&R Music Bar, you can sometimes hear part of the sound check if you show up early. They won't let you in until it's over, but you can still hear it.
