I do not know I'm sorry, just call them, they are great people. Really nice they will answer any questions you may have.
My friend John oversees the Circleville BMV office and as Mr Loudermilk said above... Just a quick call can save an extra trip. They will gladly inform you off all the paperwork you'll need and the cost. -God Bless-
The price is the same, ($25.75) but you have to choose one or the other... If you choose the compliant card it gives you passport privileges unless you don't need or have any use for them. (If you do not or never have a use for a passport than simply stick to standard, unless you just want bragging rights...otherwise they will be useless to you - just sayin) Here's what you need: Choose one: Birth certificate Unexpired U.S. passport or passport card Permanent resident card Certificate of naturalization Certificate of citizenship If your full legal name is different from that on your birth certificate, you'll also need to bring one of the following: Marriage certificate or license Court-certified copy of a court-ordered name change or Court-certified copy of decree of divorce or annulment ------------------------------- You can still get the standard license and all you need is your old license and your good to go
