II prefer canines, actually , especially to “people” like you.
It sure looks like they would be! We didn't see any but there is outdoor seating, I'd believe it would be a yes.

I did see dogs in the downstairs but not upstairs. Great place to eat.

Actually they are at the downstairs part, just not upstairs in the main dining.
