There IS a separate, gated, and fenced area for swimming but, there's usually a very big puddle in the middle of the main field - size is directly proportionate to the amount of recent rain. They try to keep it enclosed with snow fencing but they're rarely successful with that. There is a dog washing station outside the fenced park area.

The water area is fenced off in both the large and small dog area. In the large dog area there is a muddy spot that is not in the water area. So if your dog likes the mud, that is unavoidable.
Its fenced off in four different sections I believe. 1 unspecified area. One area for small dogs. One area for large dogs. One water area.
