Best available time is the opening
In the very beginning of the buffet they always seem to have enough of shrimp, toward night it becomes very sparingly serve I was there from 7:30 till about 8 eating and there was no shrimp and when I ask for it they kept saying they were cooking it you know and I know they shrimp doesn't take that long really aggravated me for I paid the same price. That's one of the things that I really enjoy on the buffet
