As far as I know, you have to be a Great Neck resident. Which is sad, because the area is huge, it should be open to near by neighborhood as well.
Yea. Great neck resident only. However, guard allowed me even though, i wasn't a great neck resident
I believe it's Great Neck only but I'm not sure, I went with my friend, she's a Great Neck resident.
