This is a fantastic store! Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. They do not buy your books. They determine if they could use your book in their shop, assess a trade-in value to it and then give you a credit slip. That can be used toward 50% of your purchase of used books. There are some limitations as to which books they can be used on.

Yes they do, depending on the condition of the books. I am not sure though if you receive cash back, I believe it is store credit. It has been a while since I took books there myself but I was recently there when someone had.
