I have a 36' 5th wheel I have a service dog and two cats. I read the reviews and it says that you allow animals. How much is it for the month how long can you stay and last question anything available on the 1st of December.

Okay so Sparks RV and mobile home they charge $25 per married couple if not married is $25 per person okay for the credit check for the month and that's what they require otherwise going to be 175 a week there are so many cats and dogs they're very pet friendly no charge for anything on that they have full hookups there management is so awesome the people are so mellow good luck I plan on staying there again and in March and they dirt they have a the damn trailers mines of 24 but they have trailers that are huge like double my size so not to worry about that it's all back in though and call them Debbie and and Greg leave a message they might be short-handed but they respond that's what I like about them they just they keep coming back at you it's cheap good luck

Very pet friendly community, can't remember how much with pets, but for a 36' 5th wheel, you'd need a big lot (there are 2 sizes) & they are $425/month + $5 service/maintenance fee (total $430/month). Electricity is added to & paid with rent. Month to month lease. Can stay as long you can pay. Not sure on availability, you'll need to call the office between 1pm-5pm on weekdays.
