Yes they do but if you require a hearing test you will most likely need to create an appointment in advance. You can do this if you happen to catch somebody in store (though most of the times I've been there, I didn't see anybody at the counter) or over the phone which I had a much easier time getting ahold of someone to make an appointment with.
