Bus passes are given out on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 on a lottery basis at the UPLift program. Once the drawing starts after the welcome and other announcements, no more tickets are given out, but you can get a hot breakfast for your trouble, even if you don't win
You need to show up @6 pm on Thursday or @10 am on Saturday and fill out the paper needed to register you. They will give you a number card that you show them every time you go and you can go 1 time a week. I hope this helps you.
