My daughter and I are estranged from each other for a reason that I honestly do not know. In December of 2017 Emily and her husband had a beautiful, healthy baby boy! I have still not been allowed to meet him! What can I do?

Unless you have a good reason to feel they are harmful to the child then there is nothing legally you can do.There are no grandparents rights. So don't waste the thousands and thousands of dollars it will take to get you nowhere. If you get a crooked lawyer to buy you a judge like my daughter did her daughter and lie about everything then you can take their child away from them. You can try to reach your daughter and ask her what is wrong and perhaps working things out. But legally and honestly there is nothing to do.
