No. As mentioned, building management hasn't quite mastered the art of getting the plumbing to "work" without having it wail like it's a busted air compressor or something. I actually like my unit otherwise, but I can't use my kitchen sink without making my neighbor's apt rattle, elevators are frequently down for repairs, and there's like 20 visitor spots for the whole building. If you do visit, ask to see the back door entrance and realize that's the one you and guests will be using rather than the nice front lobby.
The answer is fuckkkkk noooo. You'll regret it. This is worst than living in a ghetto. Doesn't seem like America but third world living conditions. It definitely will make you see water in a new light and appreciate it more.
