WHY did my order of Fries have about half cold, stale, soggy ones in with hot, fresh, crispy ones ????......very disappointing,

Rueben was excellent as usual. I was assured when ordering , fries were fresh.

Maybe you could ask while you're there so they have a chance to fix. They can't online, sure they would have if you mentioned it. John stays on the floor as much as possible. Just saying.
