Always make sure u check out the car yourself. Testdrive the hell out of it and recheck. You know it is as is so do your homework and spend a lot of time with tag at vehicle BEFORE u buy.
Yeah give it a few weeks 1st because they sell horrible cars and they will make it seem like it's fine but they aren't. I'm sure they mess with the engine on light to. It doesn't matter how much research you do just avoid this area plus you can't tell if they mess with the engine check light. Basic research tells you that
Vehicle needed a good vacuum (cat hair (previous owner)) and about $60 in transmission flushing (doing myself) to make it "mechanically sound"..... a few other mechanical flaws.... But other then that, a $3,000 car for $900 + a (ridiculous in my opinion) $500 "admin fee".... Just to have to drive 100 miles back 2 weeks later, to be able to obtain the paperwork (title), to avoid an extra $25 in shipping.... but all in all (somewhat satisfied) with purchase.....
I think you can get a good car for a great price. wholesale
I felt the same way...
