Why is it when you make a appointment you still have to Wait a hr before getting seen!! some people need the extra money but sitting for an 3 hr for $25 this is out of hand.

Depends on staff...if they are under staffed it takes longer. They do their best to keep things running smoothly but sometimes people have reactions or need to be restuck so it holds things up a bit. You never know.
