They are , they have pull through sites that are plowed also Im not sure they have running water but they do have water in barn for your use as well as heated bathrooms with showers, washer and dryers. Theres also a utility room where you can fill water jugs. There are 5 cottages that are year round as well as a large home that can sleep 12 on one side and 12 0n the other. It canhave doors opened to share whole bldg. They are very near Cascade Mt Skiing .
