Only thing you can do is take it to the vet to get drops. It'll get worse if you leave it and dont go.
Every time that u wash him dry his ears well and clean it with an otic Clean but don't use cotton use gauze pads.Anyway if already has the infection you will need to to the vet and get medicine and an ointment ups.
The vet is the only answer any one can give because it can be more than just an infection. So the best thing is a vet visit to be on the safe side.
