My daughter has found 3 raccoons about the size of a 6 week old kitten. Are they old enough to be on their own. They are tasting worms and drank a little water with cat food in it. Appear healthy and feisty.

How did she find them? They should still be with mom and unless something happened to mom she will be looking for them. Do not feed them cat food. You can try dry dog food , or softened with some water. They will also eat melon, bananas. If mom is around and you can reunite that would be best for them.

I know they love cat food......put a bowl of water by cat or dog food and see what happens....then you will know if they can feed themselves
