Definitely doesn't have the customer service it should have. I've been there for dinner and it had plenty of people working, but I think most were working hard at hardly working. Food came out fairly fast but restaurant was nasty drinks spill's on floor trash and food on floor in dining room and condiment station was un stocked mostly empty ben's and almost rude order taker and same one brought food to table and as impolite as could be with out talking, just brought food to table and sat it down and walked off not a word and keep walking away even when I was asking about condiments.
There was a new guy there when I went. He was trying, and was doing ok. The service wasn't blazing fast, but I've seen worse.
