I've only been once but there was a sign on the door limiting the number of people allowed inside and the man behind the counter wore a mask correctly. Others inside also wore masks when not drinking. Drink was good too, I'll go back again when I'm in the area.
The owner rinses everything in scalding water between every cups made even when he's the only one touching anything.
