I just purchased a 1988 Honda Goldwing for 200 bucks. It came,with all body panels and accessories, just needs put together. Owner said hasnt,run in 3 years needs wiring harness. Motor was full of water. Is bike,worth repair? What do I do?

I also say sell for parts, But make sure you clean the parts or you could be sued
