As someone who used to work there, I'll tell you that you'll get an answer maybe 1 out of 10 times. Call corporate and tell them that you can't reach anyone. They may help and get their employees to hop-to.
I would call and ask for customer service and then ask for the general manager, if they hang up on you call back and get the GM'S name and then call corporate and report them for untoward practices. I have had to do this many times throughout the Covid crisis. Not at this location but at other stores
