There are spots around the lake that would be considered accessible. Other parts can be a little hilly. I am handicapped but mobile and I have no problem. If your patient is wheelchair bound I would suggest getting a spot close to the store.
They also have a fishing late closer to the entrance thqt would be easier for you. Its more of a flat surface !
