What is your return policy? I purchased a Proctor Silex Coffee Maker in December and it has started leaking water out of the bottom. I have the receipt but not the box it came in. Can I return it?

You can return the item within 90 days with your receipt, and the full amount will be refunded to your original form of payment. With an item this old, you will need to contact manufacturer for warrantee service. At this point it is not Lidl's problem. They delivered product. that worked for 2 months. So it was good product when delivered. That completes their portion of the purchase contract.

Call the store where you purchased it, since you have the receipt, they may be able to help you!

For what you have and the time that's past I would say no. However you can contact proctor themselves they may send you a replacement.

I would suggest that you call and ask them.
