With an item this old, you will need to contact manufacturer for warrantee service. At this point it is not Lidl's problem. They delivered product. that worked for 2 months. So it was good product when delivered. That completes their portion of the purchase contract.
Call the store where you purchased it, since you have the receipt, they may be able to help you!
For what you have and the time that's past I would say no. However you can contact proctor themselves they may send you a replacement.
I would suggest that you call and ask them.
